30-day returns
We want you to be happy with your tea. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Because tea is a food product, opened items can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.
How to start a return
- Email hello@chinaleaf.sula.page with your order number.
- We will send return instructions.
- Send the item back in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
