When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 Pacific Time on a business day usually ship the same day. You will receive tracking by email once it is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $9.90, and free on orders over $75. Shipping to Canada is $19.90; other countries are $29.90.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship at a flat rate. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tea
How should I store white tea?
Keep it cool, dry and away from strong smells, in an airtight container. Pressed cakes can be aged for years; loose leaf is best within a year or two.
